Terms and Conditions
Green Pioneer is the exclusive distributor for ReSpiin and A Slice of Green - brands we own and launched back in 2015. We only supply retailers – those that sell their products to the end consumer. We do not supply other distributors or businesses that sell the products to other retailers or other businesses.
Please note: we do not offer a drop shipping service.
Minimum Order Value
Order value is calculated before VAT is added, and is the total order value across all of the brands we sell:
UK – £100
Non-UK – €400
Delivery
UK
Delivery is free to all UK postcodes for orders over £250 (excluding VAT). For orders below £250 (excluding VAT) the delivery charge is £7.50 (including VAT).
European Countries
We delivery to most countries in Europe. Deliveries are usually made by DHL using a 3-5 day service. DHL will send you a tracking number for your delivery – please make sure DHL is in your safe senders email list.
A VAT number and an EORI number are required for us to be able to export orders to EU countries, and these shipments will attract VAT, duty, and courier charges for customs clearance. These courier charges are country-specific and can be checked at your local DHL office.
Charges are based on location and order size:
Zone 1: Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Guernsey, Jersey
Zone 3: Bulgaria, Coroatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland
Zone 4: Iceland, Liechtenstien, Malta, Norway, Spain
Bulky Products
Orders which include a very large quantity of bulky products such as ReSpiin may have a higher rate applied. This is due to the actual cost of shipping the goods which factors in both weight and volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is the case we will advise you before packing the order so you can decide whether to proceed with the order.
Payment
We offer two options for payment at checkout - payment by credit or debit card, or payment of the invoice by bank transfer. We have a Euro bank account for European orders, account details will be on the invoice. We do not accept payment by PayPal.
Please note: for all countries in zone 4 above only payment by invoice will be available at checkout. This is so the shipping charge can be calculated and applied. Once the shipping charge is applied you will be a sent a link to pay your invoice by credit or debit card, or you can pay by bank transfer.
Selling Online
We ask that our customers do not sell our products on third party market place sites such as Amazon or eBay.
How To Order
Orders should be placed through the website. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email which will include a link to download your invoice.
If you have already paid the invoice by card your order will be sent to the warehouse for packing.
If the invoice has not been paid by card, please pay by bank transfer. Details are on the invoice. We will look out for the payment and send the order to the warehouse once it is paid.
If changes are made after an order has been placed we reserve the right to add an admin fee of £10 / €12.50 to the invoice to cover the additional work involved to re-invoice and re-package the order.
Please Note:
Invoices must be paid for within seven (7) days of the invoice date otherwise the order will be cancelled and reserved items will be put back into stock.
We do not hold back orders for items that are out of stock.
Any problems?
We will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in the condition you expect it to. However please notify us in writing within four (4) days of receipt of any damaged or incomplete orders.
In the event of a null price or major price error on the website Green Pioneer reserves the right to correct this error on the final invoice and charge the correct price.
