The Bower Collective system is a convenient way to offer customers refillable and reusable zero-waste products without having to make significant operational changes.
How it works
1) After buying from you, customers decant their natural Bower Collective products into a dispenser at home.
2) Customers return the empty pouches to your store, to be collected in the empty pouch returns box.
3) Once the box is full, scan the box QR code and complete the online form. Bower Collective will arrange a collection and cover the costs.
4) Returned pouches are scanned, refilled and reused, ready for the next customer to enjoy.
