Founder Jlynn Tan is a beauty industry veteran, inspired to create a plastic free brand to allow people to make small but impactful changes every day. The Powder Shampoo and The Powder Foam Wash are formulated with 28 botanical extracts and 8 essential oils. For more detailed information, visit Our Ingredients | The Powder Shampoo. They are completely water-free and contain no sulfates, silicones, parabens or synthetic fragrances. Note, this powder shampoo is not the same as dry shampoo. It becomes foamy when it contacts water and lathers up like a traditional liquid shampoo.
All packaging is plastic-free and the bottles are 100% recyclable. Both production process and product are water-free. This concentration means that each full-sized bottle of The Powder Shampoo is equal to over five bottles and five litres of liquid shampoo.
The company supports Tree-Nation, to plant a tree for each bottle sold with the aim to plant 1,000,000 trees by 2030.
