Brexit Update

Whilst the post-Brexit trading arrangements are being agreed we want to reassure you that we plan to continue supplying all of our European retailers in 2021. We have built up an amazing network of retailers around Europe over the last 13 years, and we want to keep working with you!

We already ship to countries that are outside of the EU but are in the EEA, so we do have some experience of this. We have country of origin and commodity code information by SKU already prepared and this will be included on the invoices for all shipments if required. We also use DHL, a well established European courier, for the majority of our European shipments.

Whatever the trading arrangements, it will be beneficial if you already have an account with DHL so that any tax/duty (if applicable) can be billed to your account and deliveries will not be delayed.
