We all accept that organic products are kinder to the environment, but how much do you know about the certification process that ensures products and processes meet the standard?  In 2007, bambu was the first to initiate organic certification of bamboo in China for utensils and having established the standard, they now undergo a YEARLY audit to ensure that the whole process, from growing the bamboo right through to the finishing oils used on the utensils is always compliant.
